The dashboard automatically sends email reminders to any team member that has a device that:
- hasn't checked in for 10 days, or
- has been failing for 7 days on one or more checks marked as required in Team Settings.
The reminder emails to the team member are sent 7, 10, 14, 30, and 60 days after the last email.
An email report with all devices failing checks can be sent to any recipient by adding their address to Email Reports under Team Settings. Weekday emails are sent every morning, weekly are sent on Mondays, and monthly on the first day of the month.
